The Wistar Institute has an opening for a Post-Doctoral Fellow to join the laboratory of Dr. Avi Srivastava. The Srivastava Lab investigates mechanisms of transcriptional regulation through single-cell epigenomic technologies and cancer models. The lab offers mentored training in various fields, including multi-omics analysis, high-performance algorithm design, software engineering for novel single-cell genomics technologies, and related fields.

Candidates with a Ph.D. (or equivalent) and background in computational biology and/or experimental research with at least one first-author peer-reviewed publication are encouraged to apply.
