Shentel is hiring Retail Customer Service Representatives (RCSR) in our Frederick, MD Glo Fiber Store. We are looking for sales oriented customer service professionals to sell Glo Fiber through face-to-face and over the phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Glo Fiber in Frederick to keep your neighbors connected.

  • Hourly base pay rate + uncapped commission

  • Work schedule: M-F, 9a– 6p with occasional overtime and rotating Saturdays

  • Your reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals
  • Your high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of customer service or call center experience
