RESPONSIBILITIES:

Career Services:

  • Post jobs on HireDeVry (DeVry Online Job Board) for diverse local, regional, and national opportunities in various industries across all DeVry degree programs, as directed.
  • Record and update notes and records in Salesforce and HireDeVry.
  • Conduct internship and full-time job research as assigned; supporting students, alumni, and employers.
  • Update and maintain Employer Partner Distribution Lists, as assigned.
  • Post announcements, hiring events, information sessions, and career fairs in HireDeVry for students and alumni.
  • Update content in Employer and Career Services booths for Virtual Career Fairs in the e-platform, as assigned.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to students, alumni, and employers regarding upcoming appointments, career events, and other opportunities, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Below are the minimum requirements of the education, experience, knowledge, and skills required to competently perform in this position. • Must be an enrolled student.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current Student in good standing and possess a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Must be enrolled in a minimum of six credits per semester.
• FWS fund eligible.
• Computer skills and customer service attitude is critical.
