Position Summary:

Vitamin T, a division of Aquent, is looking for a dynamic professional who loves conducting full life cycle recruitment, and enjoys the variety of conducting a range of recruitment searches from mid-through executive-level for our amazing clients in the comfort of your own home. You’ll partner closely with our corporate clients to help them hire world class creative and marketing talent. This is an opportunity for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to be in control of their own destiny while being backed by a growing global organization that provides you leadership support and all the tools and resources to be wildly successful.

 

What we expect from you:

*Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, project management, career counseling, account management, or other similar positions is desired. Consultative marketing and/or sales experience is a plus!

*Knowledge and/or experience in the creative, digital, and marketing industry is a plus but not required

*Able to work with a team of salespeople and fellow agents (recruiters) to strategically grow the  market through managing top accounts and building a talent pool for those clients

*Advocating for our talent by actively marketing them to clients and internal sales teams

*Responding to incoming client requests with remarkable speed (same day, same hour!) and quality while proactively finding work for talent on an ongoing basis

*A winning mindset with a compassionate heart

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; highly collaborative

*Self motivated and results-oriented

*Strong business acumen

*Solutions orientated with resilience and resourcefulness

*Manage ambiguity and change with ease

*Candidate champion and establishes deep client relationships

*Sourcing and research

*Natural born networkers who enjoy connecting people together

*Time management, organizational skills, and high attention to detail

*Curiosity with a desire for life-long learning

*Social media and LI Recruiter Seat knowledge or experience is preferred but not required

*Behavioral interviewing experience a plus but not required
