This funky, creative and driven - but totally down-to-earth - digital and creative staffing agency (the TOP in the US, actually!) is looking for a stellar Creative and Marketing Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our ever-expanding team!

We specialize in placing creatives on assignments requiring design, front-end development, UX, online marketing, social media and mobile skills. Vitamin T has a global reach but a boutique feel, a spectacular reputation in the industry and - best of all - a culture that is second to none.

The Vitamin T Talent Sourcing Specialist specializes in talent sourcing within a defined segment, proactively building out the talent communities and providing sourcing support on open orders.

Your hard work and collaboration will help our teams to place more talent into more roles. This role will support all markets nationwide, with a strong emphasis on outbound recruiting and will have a direct impact on GP growth.

As a Talent Sourcer

You'll ‘build out’ & manage a Talent community

  • Mapping/scoping out of the active and passive talent market within a specified segment
    • Using key technologies to uncover appropriate Talent (candidates)
    • Capturing as much relevant information as possible relating to skills, experience, projects, technologies, availability, pay/salary expectations.
    • Uncovering leads for our sales teams to pursue.
  • Engaging with Talent to establish relationships, assess skills & experience
    • Utilizing a variety of engagement methods including social, phone, email, networking events, industry events.
    • Creating a disciplined approach to follow up and processes to assist value add re-engagement.
    • Develop a community of trust, credibility and care within this community providing value that in turn generates more goodwill and growth.
  • Map availability to ensure full visibility to current assignment end dates and ensure timely check-ins happen to maximize the opportunity of placing them with our clients.
    • Help develop a calendar system that tracks availability, the contract ends, re-engagement prompts.
  • Work with Agents on the redeployment of talent as assignments are nearing ending.
  • Conduct full talent interviews, expert portfolio assessments, reference checks to ensure Talent are market-ready.
  • Work with Talent to identify showcase lists of companies, gain approval and sharing with relevant recruiters to drive the showcasing activity, ensuring that showcasing is actioned and followed up, providing feedback to Talent on the outcome of the showcasing.
  • Attend team meetings to ensure Talent coverage across all roles within specified segments.
  • Lead generation for the business identifying where business opportunities lie.

Find the right people!

  • Actively source, interview, and submit talent within targeted segments to recruiters on active orders
    • Creates job postings for active roles
    • Use both internal and external sourcing tools to gather candidates for specific roles
    • Review resumes and phone screen talent that match client requirements
      • Vetting for all relevant information - availability, rates, skill set, etc
    • Submit 3-5 top talent to recruiters quickly, with all necessary information in order to allow recruiters to quickly assess talent and submit to client.
    • Actively listen to feedback from recruiters and adjust search when needed
    • Maintain constant communication with talent throughout the recruiting process
  • Prioritize orders daily
    • Work effectively cross-market with multiple recruiters and clients to increase submittal speed, fill percentage and access to top tier talent
  • Attend daily team meetings communicating order status and priorities to all relevant parties
  • Coordinate/Collaborate with other Agents and Teams to ensure that Talent is aware of all Aquent’s opportunities and other Agents are aware of Talent availability.

  • Strong interest demonstrated in the segment of focus (Essential). Ideally come with expertise and experience in that segment.
  • Highly organized
    • As the Talent community grows, so will the necessity to be highly organized, and create well oiled systems and processes. You gotta have access to the right Talent - fast
  • Communicator
    • You will work nationally and need to communicate directly with your recruiting partners and market managers. Clear and repeated communication to multiple people on a daily basis will be required

The role is considered remote and can be supported from a number of locations that cover standard US working time zones.  There will be cases where in person team meetings or attending conferences would be required.
