Our new Account Director will land, maintain and grow deep and lasting relationships with enterprise-sized clients across the USA. Our Account Directors listen to clients’ pain points and suggest the best solutions. Our workforce solutions include staffing, managed services, software and healthcare benefits. You’ll be lucky enough to walk in the door with established accounts currently billing and you’ll hustle to land new logos.


Keys to your success:

  • Proven sales record closing multi-year, complex sales

  • Solution sales is the name of the game. Prior success selling solutions across an enterprise to multiple buyers in multiple divisions is critical

  • Experience in the digital creative and marketing space is helpful. You’ll sell creative and marketing solutions to C-suite executives in the digital space

  • Strong quantitative reasoning skills are critical. You must be fast on your feet to work out pricing models

  • Excellent troubleshooting and negotiating skills

  • Ability to craft tailored emails that land meetings 

  • Social media savvy (History using social media to land business)

  • You should be able to think on your feet during sales meetings to overcome objections, describe our competitive advantages and answer tough questions


Ways you’ll constantly add value:

  • Build an effective consultative relationship with clients and key contacts during the sales process. Key contacts include C-suite decision-makers in Digital Marketing, Creative Services Management, Procurement, Human Resources, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Diversity

  • Collaborate with others to develop sales proposals designed to meet individual client needs

  • Negotiate expectations, terms, conditions and pricing of services with new clients

  • Generate orders from client meetings, referrals, networking and social media

  • Partner effectively with your recruiting team back in the office who will identify the right talent for the job

  • Spearhead responses to RFPs

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer of up to 8hrs per day.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 

  • Must be able and willing to travel. (Clients & team meetups) 


The role is considered remote and can be supported from a number of locations that cover standard US working time zones. There will be cases where in-person team meetings or attending conferences would be required.
