Operations Specialist
The Operations Specialist role has a unique opportunity to learn the intricacies of Aquent through the hands-on, operational support of talent at Aquent’s largest clients while concurrently providing back office support through reporting, automation, and data visualization.
The ideal candidate will love solving problems, have a natural curiosity, and is unafraid to challenge the status quo – all while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This position interacts with talent, clients, senior level and departmental managers within various business units, HQ partners, and Global Business Services to provide value by:
Suggesting and facilitating process improvements
Encouraging collaboration and innovative solutions to business problems
Synthesizing data in a way that influences business decisions
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Operational Support (50%)
VMS set-up, support and troubleshooting for approximately 250 talent
Managed Services support for new business engagements including req entry, VMS submittals,
interview scheduling and MSP coordination
Monthly client invoicing for business that runs through our proprietary project management tool
Covering business critical support functions during scheduled department out of offices
Other operational support, as needed, including end of assignment support, extensions and
laptop returns
Reporting and Google Scripting Automation (50%)
Gather, synthesize and analyze data for client scorecards
Build and analyze data sets for Technology and EOR business
Identify trends and make business recommendations based on data
Create data visualization models
Automate manual processes currently existing in Microsoft and Google Suites
Goals and Performance Metrics

Completion of reporting requests and special projections as assigned

Intermediate knowledge/experience with SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with automation tools, such as Zapier

business problems with accuracy
Experience
3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role or relevant experience that includes,
but is not limited to: partnering with various business units to define solutions for business needs; acting as a liaison to both internal and external technology staff; experience with software testing and automation tools
Related coursework with credentials that align with the candidate’s skillset
Preference for someone with staffing or technology experience
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer of up to 8hrs per day.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Remote
The role is considered remote and can be supported from a number of locations that cover standard US working time zones. There will be cases where in person team meetings or attending conferences would be required.
