Business is better than ever at Aquent and as our company grows, so do the responsibilities of our onboarding team! We’re hiring an onboarding specialist who will provide an excellent new hire experience to our newest colleagues and work hand in glove with our current folks.
***** This is a contract position running 3+ months and offers our full benefits suite *****
* Our goal is to hire someone on a temp to perm basis after we've all had the opportunity to make sure we're a good fit for one another.
* You’ll work from home on a tight-knit and collaborative team.
Ways You'll Add Value Every Day:
Effectively communicate with talent and clients
Partner with internal compliance teams to review, interpret and execute client contractual requirements related to onboarding. Craft and document onboarding processes that meet client and Aquent/Vitamin T requirements
Consistently provide an extraordinary experience to talent, client, and staff related to onboarding
Onboard talent with speed and accuracy to ensure they are fully prepared to start working for designated client/role; explain all aspects of their role from time reporting and expenses they may incur to general or location-based benefit offerings
Partner with Recruiters - aka- Agents to ensure talent are prepped for onboarding prior to starting, provide consistent and timely status updates to agent and talent during the process through completion/Ready To Work
Supply updates throughout the day, on all onboarding elements to ensure talent are completing steps, resolving issues and providing relevant status updates; including but not limited to background/drug screens, employment forms, I9/E-verify, required trainings
Consistently provide excellent talent and agent experience during onboarding
Provide a compliant and expeditious onboarding
Receive consistently high/passing scores on internal and client audits
Complete Shared Services goals and special projects as assigned
Industry Knowledge, Networking and Subject Matter Expertise:

General understanding of employment laws related to hiring and onboarding, knowing when to raise scenarios for input

Experience with complex customer onboarding requirements

Experience in staffing, recruiting organizations or experienced administrative background

The role is considered remote and can be supported from a number of locations that cover standard US working time zones. There will be cases where in-person team meetings or attending conferences would be required.
