ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide a general building maintenance service to building facility & utilities including, but not limited to, Fire door inspections, building repairs (Including roof work), basic woodwork, basic pipework, painting/decorating, etc
• Provide planned and emergency maintenance for manufacturing and support services when requested by Plant Engineering Supervision
• Ensure that all activities are carried out to the necessary standard complying with Safety, cGMP & Company requirements
• Execute specific assigned projects & balance workload against priorities, as required.
• Keep abreast of regulatory & legislative standards.
• Develop Pharmaceutical plant knowledge.
• Organise & supervise contractors (Designated Representative)
• Use the site CMMS system to manage and log all work activities.

This job also requires performing other duties as assigned.
