Ready to work with purpose? Look no further, we are hiring for a motivated, talented, and passionate Manager, Aseptic Supply Planning to join our St. Louis Missouri team!

As the Manager, Aseptic Supply Planning at Kindeva Drug Delivery, you will be a critical leader in our end-to-end supply chain operations, specializing in Multiproduct and multi- customer settings. This role requires a dynamic professional with over 5 years of experience in multiproduct/multi-customer supply chain management and a strong background in proven team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and a history of successful expansion or startup initiatives.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

1.         Demand Forecasting and Planning:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, MS&T, and production teams to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Create and maintain a robust supply planning process to meet customer requirements.

2.         Inventory Management:

  • Optimize inventory levels to balance customer service levels with cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize excess or obsolete stock.

3.         Production Scheduling:

  • Develop and manage production schedules to align with demand forecasts and production capacity.
  • Ensure timely release of production orders to meet delivery commitments.

4.         Supplier Collaboration:

  • Work closely with suppliers to monitor and manage the timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Mitigate potential supply chain disruptions and implement contingency plans.

5.         Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply planning efficiency and accuracy.
  • Generate regular reports to provide insights into supply chain performance.

6.         Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs within the supply planning function.
  • Implement best practices and recommend system improvements.

7.         Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, logistics, and quality to ensure alignment in supply chain operations.

8.         Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience in a multiproduct/multi-customer setting, with a specific focus on Small Volume Parenterals (SVPs).
  • Proven track record of team leadership, setting performance expectations, and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to take ownership and work cross-functionally across all departments and colleague level within the company.
